Accident Investigation and Reporting


Thorough accident investigation is necessary to help prevent accidents from reoccurring and demonstrate that appropriate remedial action is being or has been taken.

This one-day workshop will enable delegates to identify the root causes of accidents and make quality recommendations aimed at preventing a recurrence.  It also explores interviewing techniques and reporting requirements.
